Communication expertise
I use my training in linguistics (Master's 2) to support a variety of groups (UFMs, ASDs, professionals, etc.) in communication, transmission and learning using methods adapted to their specific needs.

Il n’appartient ni à un pays ni à une culture unique : il traverse l’espace et le temps, se transforme et se réinvente à chaque rencontre. Pourtant, persiste dans l’imaginaire collectif l’idée d’un « bon français », uniforme et normé, que certaine.s maîtrisent… et d’autres non. Cette conception est injuste et inexacte : elle inaudibilise les milliers de locuteur.ices qui enrichissent la langue au quotidien. Décolonialiser le français n’implique pas de le faire disparaître ni de le dévaloriser. C’est reconnaître sa pluralité, comprendre ses nuances et l’enseigner dans son pluralisme. À Dakar comme à Abidjan, le français coexiste avec les langues africaines et avec le français académique. Chaque façon de parler témoigne d’une histoire, d’une identité et d’une culture. En ignorant cette diversité, on trahit la langue et ses locuteur.ices. L’intercompréhension entre francophones s’impose. L’intercompréhension désigne, ici, la capacité à se comprendre mutuellement entre locuteur.ices qui parlent différemment une même langue. Au-delà de l’enjeu de communication, c’est une question de respect, de justice linguistique et d’égalité culturelle. L’incompréhension ne naît pas d’un manque de volonté, mais de représentations normatives, de hiérarchies implicites et de stigmatisations historiques.
